if everyone and their grandmas know that the car is producing more than 280hp, why the false pretense? insurance purposes to sell more cars? but that wouldn't make sense because i'm sure they would know this 'agreement' as well and price in the cost accordingly. if a car is producing 300+ hp, just make that claim. no need to hide under false pretenses. i have no idea why this pisses me off, but i guess i'm not having the best of day today =P venture on...
